Scott G. Stephenson , CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT, AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Scott G. Stephenson is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Verisk Analytics. During his tenure as CEO, Verisk was added to the S&P 500 Index and was named the eighteenth most innovative company in the world by Forbes magazine. In 2015, Institutional Investor named Mr. Stephenson the number one CEO among sell-side analysts in Verisk’s industry category. He became chief operating officer of Verisk in 2008 and president in 2011.

Before joining Verisk, Mr. Stephenson was a senior partner with The Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm. He also served as an advisor to Silver Lake Partners, a technology-oriented private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stephenson designed components for missile propulsion systems.

Mr. Stephenson is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering, and the Harvard Business School, where he received a master of business administration degree.

Mr. Stephenson has served on several civic and charitable boards, including the Data Science Institute at The University of Virginia, where he and his wife established The Stephenson Chair in Data Analytics. He is an elder of Central Presbyterian Church in New York City.

Mark V. Anquillare , EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mark V. Anquillare is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Verisk Analytics. In his role as COO, Mr. Anquillare is responsible for overseeing Verisk Insurance Solutions’ property/casualty insurance businesses, including ISO, Xactware, and AIR Worldwide. He also oversees Verisk’s AER business. Mr. Anquillare is responsible for multiple corporate departments, including information technology, customer experience, government relations, compensation, and real estate.

Mr. Anquillare joined Verisk’s ISO subsidiary in 1992 as director of financial systems. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 1994 and to vice president and controller in 2000. Mr. Anquillare was promoted to senior vice president and controller in 2005, to senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2007, to executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2011, and to executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2016.

Mr. Anquillare is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a bachelor of business administration degree, and the Rutgers Graduate School of Management, where he received a master of business administration degree. He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Mr. Anquillare is active in the community and serves on the Rutgers Business School Advisory Board.

Lee M. Shavel , EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Lee M. Shavel is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Verisk. He joined the company in 2017 and is responsible for Verisk’s corporate financial functions, including accounting, financial processes and systems, financial planning and analysis, and tax reporting. He oversees Verisk’s financial strategy, including the company’s treasury functions, investor relations, and capital structure.

Mr. Shavel also works closely with Verisk businesses to develop strategic plans, acquisition strategies, and financial performance objectives. He leads Verisk’s relationships with the debt and equity investment communities, including both buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts.

Before joining Verisk, Mr. Shavel most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Nasdaq, Inc., from 2011 to 2016. Before that, he served as managing director and Americas head of Financial Institutions Investment Banking and in other capacities at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 1993 to 2011. Since 2016, he has served as a board director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Investment Technology Group, Inc.

Mr. Shavel graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Finance.

Dr. Nana Banerjee , GROUP PRESIDENT

Dr. Nana Banerjee is group president of Verisk Analytics, overseeing Verisk’s Argus, Geomni, and Verisk Retail businesses. He also has oversight responsibility for Verisk’s joint data and development environment and Verisk’s centralized advanced research and analytics group.

Dr. Banerjee came to Verisk as part of its acquisition of Argus, where he was the chief operating officer. In prior roles, he served as the head of Citibank’s credit card business in the United Kingdom and as vice president of marketing at GE Capital. Dr. Banerjee was named Verisk group president in 2016.

Dr. Banerjee has a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the State University of New York; a master of science degree in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; and a bachelor of science degree with honors in mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi.

Nicholas Daffan , SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Nicholas Daffan is senior vice president and chief information officer of Verisk Analytics. He is responsible for technology strategy, operations, and delivery of data and analytics.

Before his current role, Mr. Daffan was chief information officer of Argus Information and Advisory Services, where he was responsible for the Argus Data Operations, Product Support, and Information Technology groups.

Before that, Mr. Daffan led the launch of the two newest Argus Syndicated Studies, the Deposit Account Payment Study (in the United States) and the Current Account Benchmarking Study (in the United Kingdom). He joined Argus in 2000 and has more than 15 years of consulting and information technology experience in areas including database architecture, process design, and programming.

Before joining Argus, Mr. Daffan was at Unisys Corporation, where he led a team partnering with Microsoft to implement SQL Server into the very large database space. He also worked at First Manhattan Consulting Group, focusing on retail banking strategy, management information systems, and risk management.

Mr. Daffan holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Joanna Gassoso , CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR

Joanna Gassoso is chief internal auditor of Verisk Analytics. She is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the internal audit function and maintaining an independent and objective reporting relationship with the audit committee of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Gassoso has served in internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance roles for more than 17 years. Before joining Verisk, she was a vice president of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for Assured Guaranty, a leading provider of financial guaranty insurance. Before that, she was an audit manager at The MONY Group, in addition to several years in internal audit at Prudential Financial.

Ms. Gassoso holds a master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance and international business from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a bachelor of science degree in accounting with a minor in economics from The City University of New York. She has also earned the professional designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

David J. Grover , CONTROLLER AND CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

David J. Grover is controller and chief accounting officer of Verisk Analytics. Mr. Grover joined Verisk’s ISO subsidiary in 2002 and was promoted to assistant controller in 2007. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Grover had been responsible for customer billing, accounts payable, and technical accounting, including external financial reporting and accounting due diligence for acquisition targets. Mr. Grover also played an integral role in Verisk’s initial public offering in 2009 and Verisk’s implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Act controls and procedures.

Before joining ISO, Mr. Grover served as a Securities and Exchange Commission Practice Section technical manager at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2002. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand / PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as an auditor from 1995 through 2001.

Mr. Grover is a Certified Public Accountant and holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and psychology from the University of Maine.

Laurie Lovett , CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Laurie Lovett is chief human resources officer of Verisk Analytics. She heads human resources and organizational development for the company. Working with other senior business leaders, Ms. Lovett is responsible for aligning human resources with organizational design, business process improvement, and growth initiatives across Verisk.

Before joining Verisk, Ms. Lovett oversaw North American human resources operations for Accenture, where she was responsible for learning and development, employee relations, human resources operations, shared services, operational excellence, inclusion and diversity, and alumni strategies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lovett held human resources management positions with the Hess Corporation and American International Group, Inc. (AIG).

Ms. Lovett earned a master of science degree in organizational development from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science degree in labor and industrial relations from Syracuse University.

Mark S. Magath , SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, RISK AND COMPLIANCE

Mark S. Magath is Verisk's senior vice president, risk and compliance. He joined the company in 2004 as the director of information technology audit and became chief internal auditor in 2005. In that role, he reengineered internal audit into a risk-based assurance and consulting function. When Verisk went public, he led the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.

Mr. Magath is responsible for providing proactive leadership and oversight — at the enterprise level — for implementation and delivery of effective and appropriate compliance and risk mitigation services. His responsibilities include information privacy and security risk management services; compliance; and delivery and support for enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (eGRC) systems.

Mr. Magath has served in internal audit roles for more than 30 years. Before joining Verisk, he was an assistant vice president of internal audit for The MONY Group, where he provided coverage for insurance servicing, actuarial, underwriting, policy issuance, accounting, product development, corporate compliance, and the information technology shared services organization. Mr. Magath has also held audit management positions with CityFed Financial Corporation, Allied Signal Corporation, and Citibank N.A.

Mr. Magath holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has also earned the professional designation of Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Vincent de P. McCarthy , SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGY

Vince McCarthy is Verisk's senior vice president, Corporate Development and Strategy. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating new strategic opportunities that align with Verisk business operations and growth initiatives. Working with other senior business leaders, he leads the design, planning, and execution of the overall business strategy at Verisk and is responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions strategy across its businesses.

Before joining Verisk, Mr. McCarthy was a managing director in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Financial Technology Investment Banking group, where he focused on financial technology, payments and processing, and analytics.

Mr. McCarthy received his bachelor's degree from Yale University and his M.B.A. from the Darden School, University of Virginia.

Patrick McLaughlin , SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Patrick McLaughlin is Verisk’s senior vice president, Corporate Social Responsibility. Appointed in 2014, he is working with leadership and employees across the enterprise to develop a collaborative strategy aligning the company’s CSR activities, aspirations, and resources to maximize their value.

Mr. McLaughlin brings many years of Verisk and ISO experience to the position. He began in government affairs, representing the interests of the company and its customers with state regulators. He served as special assistant to the president during the period leading to ISO’s conversion to a for-profit entity in the mid-1990s. From 1996 to 2008, Mr. McLaughlin and his management team led the financial and operational turnaround of ISO’s national property services business — introducing new products and services, implementing quality and performance incentives for field staff, and publishing first-ever public opinion research demonstrating how ISO’s municipal fire grading activities benefit communities throughout the nation. In 2009, he led the company’s Information Systems & Technology operation during the search for a permanent executive.

Mr. McLaughlin holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from New York Law School. He previously practiced law with the former New York firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby and MacRae. He has also worked as an elementary school teacher and coach.

Mr. McLaughlin has broad experience as an active volunteer in the community and as a trustee for various not-for-profit organizations and schools.

Christopher H. Perini , CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Christopher H. Perini is chief marketing officer of Verisk Analytics. He oversees the company’s marketing and design services, customer support, corporate communications, and marketing communications. Mr. Perini’s responsibilities include branding, media relations, employee communications, Verisk’s websites, customer service, market research, and sales support initiatives, including advertising and industry conferences.

Mr. Perini has served in marketing roles for 30 years. He joined Verisk’s ISO unit in 1998 as director – Marketing, responsible for new product development. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2000 and, later that year, to vice president – Marketing, overseeing the planning and development of strategic new products. In 2005, Mr. Perini was appointed vice president and chief operating officer of ISO’s predictive modeling unit, ISO Innovative Analytics. He became vice president of ISO’s Marketing and Customer Service Department in 2007. In 2009, when Verisk Analytics completed its initial public offering, he was named chief marketing officer.

In 2012, ExecRank recognized Mr. Perini as one of the top chief marketing officers in the United States.

Before joining ISO, Mr. Perini spent more than 15 years with Dun & Bradstreet in a variety of increasingly responsible positions. While at Dun & Bradstreet, he oversaw the marketing and development of new products for the insurance industry.

Mr. Perini is a graduate of Marquette University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. He is a member of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society, the American Marketing Association, and the Professional Pricing Society.

Kenneth E. Thompson , EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL, AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

Kenneth E. Thompson is executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Verisk Analytics. He joined Verisk's ISO subsidiary as senior vice president and general counsel in 2006 and was promoted to executive vice president and general counsel in 2011. Mr. Thompson also directs the areas of human resources, internal audit, and facilities. He continues to provide leadership on corporate governance, which he capably oversaw during Verisk's IPO.

Mr. Thompson joined the company from McCarter & English, LLP, a regional law firm of more than 400 attorneys, with headquarters in New Jersey and offices in seven cities. He was chairman of the firm's Corporate, Securities, and Financial Institutions practice group and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. While at McCarter & English, Mr. Thompson specialized in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, and general corporate counseling.

Mr. Thompson has managed a number of major mergers and acquisitions outside the property/casualty arena. He has also advised public companies on their securities law responsibilities (including those under Sarbanes-Oxley) and on the implementation of various antitakeover defensive strategies. From 2000 to 2004, he taught mergers and acquisitions at Seton Hall Law School, where he was an adjunct professor of law.

Mr. Thompson earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1984. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he graduated cum laude in 1981.

Annell R. Bay

Annell R. Bay has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industries. She most recently served as vice president of global exploration for Marathon Oil Corporation, from June 2008 until her retirement in April 2014. In May 2014, Ms. Bay was appointed an independent director to the board of Apache Corporation in Houston, Texas. In 2015, she was appointed an independent director to the Board of Hunting PLC in London, United Kingdom. And in August 2016, she was appointed an independent director to the Board of Verisk Analytics in New Jersey.

Ms. Bay has extensive experience in exploration of conventional and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs and in portfolio risk management. She was previously vice president of Americas exploration for Shell Exploration and Production Company and vice president of worldwide exploration at Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas Corporation. Earlier, Ms. Bay held positions in operations and applied research at Chevron, Sohio, and Oryx Energy.

Ms. Bay serves on the Advisory Council for the Jackson School of Geosciences at the University of Texas at Austin, the Corporate Advisory Committee for the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and the Advisory Board for the Energy Education Center for the Independent Petroleum Association of America. In 2012, she was named one of the 100 Women Leaders in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). The following year, she received the BioHouston award for Women in Science with Excellence (WISE).

J. Hyatt Brown

J. Hyatt Brown has served as one of our directors since 2003. Mr. Brown has been chairman of Brown & Brown, Inc., since 1993 and was Brown & Brown’s chief executive officer from 1993 until July 1, 2009. He is a trustee of Stetson University in Florida, a past member of the Florida Board of Regents, and a member of the Florida Council of 100. He was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 1972 and became speaker in 1978, retiring in 1980. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Speedway Corporation and was formerly on the boards of Next Era Energy, Inc., Rock-Tenn Company, Sun Trust Banks, Inc., and Bell South Corporation.

Frank J. Coyne , LEAD DIRECTOR

Frank J. Coyne is lead director of the board of Verisk Analytics. Mr. Coyne joined the company’s ISO subsidiary in February 1999 as president and chief operating officer. In 2000, he was elected president and chief executive officer and became lead director in 2002. In 2008, he led the initiative that created Verisk Analytics as the parent of ISO and its family of companies. In 2009, Verisk completed the initial public offering of its stock on the NASDAQ exchange, becoming the largest domestic IPO of the year.

As chairman from 2002 to March 2016 and chief executive officer from 2002 until his retirement in April 2013, Mr. Coyne played a leadership role in property/casualty insurance, delivering numerous speeches at major industry forums with forceful calls for market discipline and writing many articles on performance-enhancing best practices. Many chief executives around the world know Mr. Coyne through his extensive efforts to position the company as a global enterprise.

Mr. Coyne came to ISO from Kemper Insurance Companies, where he served as executive vice president, Specialty and Risk Management Groups. He also held leadership positions at General Accident, Universal Underwriters Group, Reliance Insurance Company, and PMA Insurance Company. He began his career as a trial attorney with the U.S. Treasury Department.

Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Coyne received his bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton and his law degree from Duquesne University. He also had a distinguished career in the United States Army, rising to the rank of captain.

Christopher M. Foskett

Christopher M. Foskett has served as one of our directors since 1999. Mr. Foskett has headed Global, Strategic, and National Accounts at First Data Corporation since May 2014. From 2011 to April 2014, he served as the managing director and cohead for North American Banking and global head of sales for Treasury Services at JPMorgan Chase Bank. He was managing director and global head for Financial Institutions of National Australia Bank from 2008 to 2011 and a managing director and global head for the Financial Institutions Group in Citigroup’s Corporate Bank from 2007 to 2008. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Foskett was head of sales and relationship management for Citigroup Global Transaction Services. He also served as global industry head for the insurance and investment industries in Citigroup’s Global Corporate Bank from 1999 to 2003. Previously, he held various roles in Citigroup’s mergers and acquisitions group.

Bruce Hansen

Bruce Hansen has been nominated by our Board of Directors to stand for election as a director for a term continuing until 2018. Mr. Hansen also serves on the boards of publicly traded companies Performant Financial Corporation and Mitek Systems and privately held Zyme Solutions and BrightScope. He is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

From 2002 to 2012, Mr. Hansen cofounded and led ID Analytics as chairman and chief executive officer until its sale in 2012. Before ID Analytics, he was president of HNC Software Inc. and chief executive officer at CASA Inc. Mr. Hansen’s experience also includes executive roles at Citigroup, ADP, and JPMorgan Chase.

Kathleen Hogenson

Kathy Hogenson is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of energy experience. She serves on the board of Petrofac Limited, a FTSE 250 company with more than 24 offices worldwide. Petrofac provides large-scale oil and gas facilities to a majority of OPEC countries, the U.K. energy sector, and others. Ms. Hogenson has served on the boards of Samsung Oil & Gas USA and Parallel Petroleum, an oil and gas firm based in Midland, Texas. She is also a former treasurer of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Ms. Hogenson is president and chief executive officer of Zone Oil & Gas, LLC, providing advisory and valuation services in energy. Before that, she was president and chief executive officer of Zone Energy, LLC, a company she founded and sold in 2015.

Previously, Ms. Hogenson was president of Santos USA Corporation and vice president of exploration and production technology for Unocal Corporation. At Unocal, she was named the company’s global chief reservoir engineer, overseeing engineers and engineering work products at various locations.

Constantine P. Iordanou

Constantine P. Iordanou has served as one of our directors since 2001. Mr. Iordanou has been president and chief executive officer of Arch Capital Group Limited, or ACGL, since August 2003 and director of ACGL since January 2002. From January 2002 through July 2003, he was chief executive officer of Arch Capital (U.S.) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ACGL. Before joining ACGL in 2002, Mr. Iordanou served in various capacities for Zurich Financial Services and its affiliates, including as senior executive vice president of group operations and business development of Zurich Financial Services, president of Zurich-American Specialties Division, chief operating officer and chief executive officer of Zurich American, and chief executive officer of Zurich North America. Before joining Zurich in March 1992, he was president of the commercial casualty division of the Berkshire Hathaway Group and senior vice president of American Home Insurance Company, a member of American International Group.

John F. Lehman, Jr.

John F. Lehman Jr. has served as one of our directors since 1992. Mr. Lehman is chairman of J.F. Lehman & Co., an investment firm that he founded in 1991. Before founding J.F. Lehman & Co., he was managing director of Paine Webber, Inc., from 1988 to 1991. In 1981, President Reagan appointed Mr. Lehman Secretary of the Navy; he served in that capacity until 1987. Mr. Lehman was a member of the bipartisan September 11 Commission and serves on the Board of Directors of Ball Corporation and EnerSys, Inc.

Samuel G. Liss

Samuel G. Liss has served as one of our directors since 2005. Mr. Liss is the principal of WhiteGate Partners LLC, a financial services advisory firm. He is also an adjunct professor of finance and business at the New York University Stern School of Business. He served as executive vice president at The Travelers Companies from 2004 to 2010 and continues there as an advisor. Before the merger of The St. Paul and Travelers, Mr. Liss served as executive vice president at The St. Paul from February 2003 to April 2004. From 1994 to 2001, he was a managing director at Credit Suisse First Boston, or CSFB, where he initially focused on equity research across a range of financial institution sectors. He subsequently served in a senior role in CSFB’s Financial Institutions Group, where he led the asset management industry practice. Mr. Liss was a senior equity analyst at Salomon Brothers from 1980 to 1994. He serves on the Board of Directors of DST Systems, Inc.

Andrew G. Mills

Andrew G. Mills has served as one of our directors since 2002. Mr. Mills has been executive chairman and president of Archegos Capital Management since June 2014 and is also the cochairman of the Grace & Mercy Foundation. Mr. Mills served as the interim president of The King’s College in New York, New York, from October 2012 to July 2013 and from May 2007 to December 2008; he was also chairman of its Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Mills is the former chairman of Intego Solutions LLC, which he founded in 2000. He previously served as chief executive officer of The Thomson Corporation’s Financial and Professional Publishing unit and as a member of Thomson’s Board of Directors. In 1984, he led the start-up operations of Business Research Corporation and was responsible for overseeing its sale and integration into The Thompson Corporation. Mr. Mills began his career with Courtaulds Ltd. and joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1979. He is on the Board of Directors of Camp of the Woods and is cochairman of the Theology of Work Project. He is also a member of the Massachusetts State Board of the Salvation Army.

Therese M. Vaughan

Therese M. Vaughan became one of our directors in 2013. Dr. Vaughan has served as the dean of Drake College of Business since September 2014 and was interim dean from June 2014 to September 2014. From 2009 to 2012, Dr. Vaughan was chief executive officer of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Previously, she served as Iowa’s commissioner of insurance and as president of the NAIC. She has also held a variety of positions in academia and regulation. She was the Robb B. Kelley Distinguished Professor of Insurance and Actuarial Science at Drake University, where she focused on the regulation and management of financial institutions. She is the coauthor of two college textbooks on insurance. Dr. Vaughan is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). The Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) selected Dr. Vaughan as the 2014 recipient of the Insurance Woman of the Year Award. Since May 2013, she has served on the Board of Directors of Validus Holdings, Ltd., a reinsurance company, and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Principal Financial Group, Inc., and Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd.

David B. Wright

David B. Wright has served as one of our directors since 1999. Since August 2014, Mr. Wright has served as managing partner of Innovative Capital Ventures, Inc. From July 2012 to May 2014, he was chief executive officer of ClearEdge Power, a privately held company; and from February 2010 to July 2011, he served as the executive vice chairman and chief executive officer of GridIron Systems. Mr. Wright was chairman and chief executive officer of Verari Systems from 2006 to 2009. Before joining Verari Systems, he was executive vice president, Office of the CEO, Strategic Alliances and Global Accounts, at EMC Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Between 2001 and 2004, Mr. Wright was chairman and chief executive officer of Legato Systems; and from 1997 to 2000, he was president and chief executive officer of Amdahl Corporation. Mr. Wright formerly served on the Board of Directors of ClearEdge Power, GridIron Systems, ActivIdentity Corp., Aspect Communications Corp., Boole and Babbage Inc., and GeekNet, Inc.
